From idea to market.

I take AI ideas all the way to revenue: shaping the idea, designing and building the product, and planning how it sells — with a brand your team knows how to use.

Booting

A simulated business funnel: visitors flow through traffic, capture, nurture and convert stages, and an AI assist raises the conversion rate where it is applied.

A simulated audit of a fictional business, showing the kind of leaks an audit finds and the fixes that follow.

Four builds. All live.

Not decks, not mockups. Each one is in production right now, including an AI product designed, built and shipped end to end. Open a case study, or load the cartridge up top.

Services

Idea to market. One consultant.

Work in phases, start wherever you are, and stop after any one of them. The person who scopes the idea is the person who builds it and plans how it sells — so nothing gets lost between hand-offs.

  1. 01

    Idea phase

    Shape & validate the idea

Before anything is built: who it's for, what problem it solves, whether AI is the right tool, and what it would take to build and sell. You leave with a scoped concept and a clear go or no-go.

    • Problem & customer
    • AI feasibility
    • Business case
  2. 02

    Design phase

    Design the product

User flows, interface design and a clickable prototype you can put in front of real customers — plus the technical plan for the AI underneath, before the expensive part starts.

    • UX & UI
    • Prototype
    • AI architecture
  3. 03

    Build phase

    AI development

The product built and wired into your real data: assistants, automations and AI features that are evaluated and shipped properly, not a chatbot bolted onto the corner of the page.

    • AI features
    • Integrations
    • Web apps
  4. 04

    Launch phase

    Go-to-market strategy

Who buys it, why now, and how they hear about it. Positioning, pricing, channels and a sales process — from the launch plan to the follow-up that turns interest into revenue.

    • Sales process
    • Launch plan
  5. 05

    Brand

Brand guidelines — and how to use them

A brand guide your team can actually follow: voice, logo, colour, type and components, with plain rules and worked examples, plus a session showing your team how to apply it.

How an engagement runs

Five steps. No mystery.

You always know what stage we're at, what's next, and what it costs.

  1. Free · 30 min

    Intro call

Tell me about the idea or the product. You get an honest read on whether AI fits, and which phase you're actually in.

  2. Within a week

    Proposal

A written scope and fixed price for each phase, so you can start with just the idea phase and decide from there.

  3. Phase by phase

    Do the work

Weekly demos and a staging link you can open any day. Each phase ends with something real: a decision, a prototype, a product or a plan.

  4. End of each phase

    Hand over

Docs, the brand guide and training, so your team owns what was built and knows how to sell it. You own the system; you don't rent it.

  5. Optional

    Grow

An ongoing retainer for sales support, new AI features and iteration on what the numbers say.

About

One consultant. No hand-offs.

I'm Brodie Duncan, an AI development and sales consultant based in Australia — and a painter. I sit where product, technology and selling meet: technical enough to build the AI myself, commercial enough to own how it sells, and with the eye to make it look the part.

That's the consulting model too. The person you brief is the person who implements, so you get strategy that ships — and a system your team can run without me.

Next move

Let's take it to market.

Tell me about the idea, the product or the sales problem. You'll get a straight answer on what it takes to build it and sell it — usually within one business day.

  3. 03A fixed-price proposal for each phase
